Korda Construction was founded in 1957 by Joseph M. Korda, a
prominent builder, and joined in the late ‘70s by his daughter Erika
and his son Robert. This family-owned company has built over 800
single family homes and condominiums, over 700 apartment units,
convalescent hospitals, and commercial shopping centers.

Korda Group encompass long term knowledge of construction
and real estate development of Korda Construction and in depth
management experience of RPK Development.

Korda group manages the family assets, currently comprising
22 rental communities of over 2500 units and 202,250 sq.ft. of
commercial office space. RPK Development, a subsidiary of
Korda Group, fee managed an additional 470 residential units
for other owners.

Korda Group and RPK Development continue to seek growth
opportunities in acquisitions and fee management throughout
Southern California.
