Thousand Oaks Office Property Acquired by the Korda Group

The Korda Group acquired 2560 Teller Drive, a 72,000 SF mission critical facility with a long term lease to a publicly traded Tenant. The Building is located in the heart of Thousand Oaks with easy access to the 101 freeway, at the center of the burgeoning Conejo Valley biotech sector. Constructed in 2006, 2560 Teller is among the most recent office buildings constructed in a community with high barriers to entry. “Thousand Oaks is an extremely constrained supply side market which we expect will benefit from Company’s new desire to be closer to the Suburbs post COVID,” said Daniel Korda, the Firm’s Commercial Property Supervisor. “We believe the Office market will pick up, especially for larger “HQ” style buildings, where Corporate Tenants can control the entire space, making our low basis in the asset attractive in the coming years.”
